The 144,000 sf, five-story plus basement building will undergo a complete interior gut rehab and significant improvements. After completion, the structure will feature new storage lockers, a relocated loading dock, 1,200 sf of office space, as well as a new elevator, HVAC system, electrical service and stairways.
