According to C&W chief Arthur Mirante, the deal is a major expansion of the real estate firm's existing relationship with Lucent, which to date has encompassed international brokerage. C&W will provide Lucent with facility management, accounting and project management services.
The portfolio will be managed from C&W's London office. Michael Swanstrom, managing director of asset services, will oversee the account.
