Douglas Wilson Cos. Gets New SVP

SAN DIEGO-Michael B. Williams will oversee construction and development at the firm, one of city's biggest real estate players.

Michael B. Williams will be responsible for overseeing the real estatecompany's design, construction and development—including Parkloft, theupscale 300-unit apartment loft project in the Ballpark District in theEast Village area of Downtown.

Previously, Williams spent eight years with Los Angeles-based DavisCos., where he was vice president of construction and development. Priorto that, he was a project and construction manager for LA-based developer J.H. Snyder Co.
