Ten floors, translating into 45 condominiums, will be added to the building. Simply called 220 West Seventh, units will range from 1,350 sf to 4,800 sf and carry price tags from $425,500 to $2 million each.

Among the amenities is a day porter service. Units will be designed with open floor plans, 11-foot ceiling and floor-to-ceiling windows. Condos will go from the third to 10th floor, with the upper two floors consisting of penthouse suites. An estimated 17,000 sf of retail space will take up the first and second floors. The project will get under way in the fourth quarter; occupancy tentatively is slated for early 2002. It is adjacent to LBJ Holding's fully leased Brown Building loft apartments, where Johnson and her husband, Ian Turpin, live in the penthouse
