Todd White's new duties will be to market the Macfarlan portfolio, focusing on an 880,000-sf high-tech carrier hotel in the works for Houston. Macfarlan has formed an alliance with MetroNexus, a subsidiary of Morgan Stanley Dean Witter.
White has worked for a decade for Macfarlan. "Given the depth and breadth of Todd¹s experience, and his ongoing commitment to educating himself on the latest changes and innovations, this promotion is a natural decision," says CEO Dean Macfarlan.
Macfarlan has a controlled portfolio of more than 4 million sf and has offices in Houston, Austin and San Antonio to complement its Dallas headquarters.
