Construction Starts on 19-Story Apartment Building

ARLINGTON, VA-The 239-unit tower overlooking the Virginia Square Metro stop will have a rooftop pool, fitness center and three levels of underground parking.

The project includes 239 luxury residential units, ground-floor retail shops and three levels of underground parking. Amenities include a rooftop pool, fitness center and clubroom.

Donohoe will also begin construction this month on the second phase of the Asbury Solomons Apartments and Villas project in the Solomons Island. The $15.2 million project includes 86 units, six cottages, a pool and wellness center. It is an expansion of the Asbury Methodist Village Retirement Community.
