The project includes 239 luxury residential units, ground-floorretail shops and three levels of underground parking. Amenitiesinclude a rooftop pool, fitness center and clubroom.
Donohoe will also begin construction this month on the secondphase of the Asbury Solomons Apartments and Villas project in theSolomons Island. The $15.2 million project includes 86 units, sixcottages, a pool and wellness center. It is an expansion of theAsbury Methodist Village Retirement Community.
