SALISBURY, NC-The Texas-based manufacturer and marketer of top-of-the-bed products will occupy a manufacturing facility at 906 Airport Road.

The lease comprises a 288,000-sf main building; a 10,681-sf, one-story office building; and a 12,740-sf garage. The facility has 27 loading docks, 26-foot ceilings, heavy power and Norfolk-Southern rail service. Binswanger negotiated for the tenant. The Walker Cos. represented the landlord, W.P. Carey & Co.
