Flagship Properties Secures $44.6 Million for Three Acquisitions

HOUSTON-Flagship Properties is adding to its portfolio thanks to a $44.6 million financing deal that has just been sealed. Two properties are in Atlanta and one in Irving, TX.

Flagship is buying the 386-unit Hampton Village Apartments and the 699-unit Riverwalk Apartments, both in Atlanta, and the 360-unit Foxborough Apartments in Irving.

L.J. Melody & Co., a Houston-based real estate investment firm, has arranged $44.6 million in financing on behalf of Flagship Properties, with financing for the apartment purchase being provided by RFC Commercial.
