Contracts on the various construction segments are expected to be awarded by Aug. 22. The first phase calls for an 18,000-sf rental-car building and a three-story parking garage, along with some infrastructure work for a new roadway.

The second phase, which will go out to bid next year, will add 80,000 sf to the terminal building by pushing the front out more than 50 feet
