Endeavor/Westbrook Buys 132,900-SF Park North Office Building

AUSTIN-The buy-sell boom in Austin's commercial real estate market results in yet another transaction - the sale of the 132,900-sf Park North Office Building at 8200 and 8240 Mopac. The building is 97% leased.

Endeavor/Westbrook has closed on the 97%-leased structure that houses Fidelity National Title and Brent Raught Engineering Inc. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler's Dallas office has arranged the five-year acquisition and interim bridge loan on behalf of Endeavor/Westbrook through Nationwide Life Insurance.
