Song and Son Mun, private real estate investors from San Diego, purchased the building at 2620 N. Third St. here. The 17,350-sf building is between St. Joseph's and Good Samaritan hospitals.
Built in 1991, the single-story building was sold by Elliott and Adrienne Horwitch of Beverly Hills, Calif. The local office of CB Richard Ellis represented the sellers in the transaction.
