Angelo and Maxie's first opened in 1996 in theFlatiron District of Manhattan. Boasting an extensive steakhouse menuand art deco decor, meals at the restaurant run $40 to $45 per person, a sum that appeals to a broaderdemographic group in gender than traditional steakhouse concepts.
The Farallon is a 162-unit condominium building by FarallonDevelopment Group LLC and Magellan Development Group Ltd. The 21-story, 18,000-sf structure, designed by Lowenberg Associates, will also open in the fall of 2001.
