Trammell Crow Eyes 45,000-SF Expansion at 255,000-SF Killeen Mall

AUSTIN-A recently opened 255,000-sf mall in Killeen already is a candidate for a 45,000-sf expansion. Trammell Crow reportedly is negotiating with two national retailers for the added space.

Trammell Crow Co. reportedly is negotiating with two national retailers for the added space at the mall, located along US Highway 190 at Illinois Ave. Brokers say the two retailers have not been identified, but an announcement is expected soon.

The retail facility's tenants include a 95,500-sf Home Depot, 31,900-sf Best Buy and 30,000-sf Ross Dress for Less. Other tenants are Staples, Shoe Carnival, TGI Friday's, Tia's Mexican Food Restaurant, Discount Tire and Jason's Deli.
