R&B, a division of Oakwood Worldwide, took the Fannie Maefirst mortgageloan and mezzanine financing to refinance the500-unit Marbrisas I and IIcomplex as well as The Crest at PhillipsRanch, located in the LA County community of Pomona. Bothproperties were more than 96% occupied at the time the loanclosed.


Prudential Multifamily Mortgage Inc. and Prudential Carbon Mesaworkedtogether to originate the senior debt as a Fannie Mae loan,and the mezzaninefinancing on behalf of Chase Capital Partners.
