Bothproperties were more than 96% occupied at the time the loanclosed.
Prudential Multifamily Mortgage Inc. and Prudential Carbon Mesaworkedtogether to originate the senior debt as a Fannie Mae loan,and the mezzaninefinancing on behalf of Chase Capital Partners.
