Sara Lee Corp.subsidiary vacating 107,000 SF in West Dade

MEDLEY, FL-Coach leather goods is being spun off as a separate company, leaving the three million-sf, 97%-leased Pelmad Industrial Park hunting for a replacement tenant.

Sara Lee Corp., which owns Coach, is restructuring the operation as it prepares to spin it off as a separate company. Coach's lease expires in mid-2001. About 97% of the park's 3 million sf of space is currently leased at rents of between $5 and $6 psf. The Aibel family owns the park.
