The first 81,000-sf, $4 million flex building, like the other two near-future structures, is being designed to accommodate industrial users and office tenants who need to be near the airport.

The building under construction will have 20-ft ceilings and 45 bay doors with baydepths of 120 feet. The property should be completed before year's end, says Childress Kelin partner Chris Daly.

Sites have been cleared for the other two buildings which will get under way after the first building is about 50% leased. Those buildings will be 110,889 sf and 94,500 sf.
