During his stint at C&W, McCaffrey has negotiated transactions for a number of major corporations, notably Exxon Research and Engineering Co., Cigna Investment Management, IBM and Mitel Inc. Most recently, he engineered a 90,000-sf lease in Tinton Falls, NJ on behalf of Xpedite Systems Inc.
