Office and Residential Developer Relocating Headquarters

AUSTIN-Another headquarters shift occurs in Austin, this time it's a residential and commercial developer who's picking up stakes. The real estate business is moving into 10,000 sf in a structure it owns at Spicewood Springs Rd.

The residential and commercial builder will occupy about 10,000 sf in the structure, designed by Cornerstone Group, and seek tenants for the remaining office space. Ash Creek, known for residential projects, has constructed more than 400 homes in the region since it was founded in the early 1980s. Its Land/Creek division is the commercial arm, developing about 100,000 sf of office space in recent years.
