The Walton Building and an adjoining seven acres were purchased from Linden Investment Co., which was represented by Rick Heilmann and John O'Hearn of the Sitar Co.-ONCOR International, Iselin, NJ. According to vice president Michael Bergman, the property's original 1982 master plan called for a twin building connected to the 105,000-sf Walton building. The zoning is still in place and a review of the plans could finally lead to development of the twin. A common area upgrade is said to be in the works.
Primary tenants are QualCare Corp., NCS Corp., Willis Corroon, Crystal Mortgage and Modis Professional Services.
