The Walton Building and an adjoining seven acres were purchasedfrom Linden Investment Co., which was represented by Rick Heilmannand John O'Hearn of the Sitar Co.-ONCOR International, Iselin, NJ.According to vice president Michael Bergman, the property'soriginal 1982 master plan called for a twin building connected tothe 105,000-sf Walton building. The zoning is still in place and areview of the plans could finally lead to development of the twin.A common area upgrade is said to be in the works.

Primary tenants are QualCare Corp., NCS Corp., Willis Corroon,Crystal Mortgage and Modis Professional Services.
