The new Client Solutions Division will provide "turn-key"services for clients, says director Kevin Manning. "It is intendedto expand the service lines available to our clients," Manningsaid. "That means everything from strategic planning and financialengineering through design construction, IT configuration, move-inand ongoing strategy."

Manning, who came to the job about a month ago from Cushman& Wakefield, said that the division is getting the finishingtouches now in preparation for launch. "We're putting the piecestogether right now," he said. "We should it have it finalized andready to go by the end of September."

The division will manage all projects and services through asecure client Web site.
