Wayne Kasbar and Paul Giannone of Jacobson, Goldfarb & Tanzman, Woodbridge, NJ closed the lease on behalf of Impower. The Staubach Co. repped building owner Dow Jones. Impower, which is moving from Skillman, NJ, looked at several options, including build-to-suit opportunities, before opting for the facility, citing its high-tech infrastructure.
Impower's client list includes both traditional marketers like American Express, Dell Computer and Time Warner as well as e-commerce vendors such as Barnes and Noble.com and Mondera.com.
