In addition to the grocer's traditional food and drug store, the retail complex under construction at the corner of Southeast Stark Street and Northeast 257th Avenue will be home to Multnomah County's first Albertson's Express, a combination gas station and convenience store.
In addition to the Albertson's businesses, a Walgreen's drug store also will anchor the development. Powell Development Co. is the project's developer.
Tenants for the remaining space in six-pad development have not been secured yet. A Home Depot is adjacent the development, but not part of it.
