Worth, and the 49,655-sf Willowcreek Office Building at 669 Airport Freeway in Hurst. Woodmont will be responsible for facilities management, including interior renovations. Woodmont's management portfolio in the Dallas-Ft. Worth market is about 2.5 million sf while its 12-state roster comprises 9 million sf.
