Apartments Sell for $1.8 Million

PHOENIX-Husband-and-wife investment team get 50-unit complex on city's northwest edge.

PHOENIX-A husband-and-wife investment team has paid $1.82 million for a 50-unit apartment complex in northwest Phoenix.

Jonathon and Lynda Blivens of Mesa purchased the Canyon North Apartments at 2339 W. Northern Avenue. The sale price equates to $36,400 per unit.

Joryco Properties LLC of Torrance, CA, is the seller. The local office of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Co. negotiated the transaction.
