Price- and space-squeezed Manhattan-type tenants will be the primary target for C&W's Frank Gunsberg (East Rutherford) and Mitch Konsker (New York). According to Stellar VP Rob Rosiania, "We feel we can attract core tenants from both Manhattan and New Jersey who don't want the city and want significantly lower costs."
Continental's tenant list currently includes such names as ABC Inc., Fujitsu, Go America, MetLife, Paine Webber, Sun Microsystems, Symbol Technologies and Teligent. Full floors of 22,475 sf are available, as are blocks up to 50,000 sf. Rents are being quoted in the low-$30s range.
