Baker Chemicals Buying 30,000-SF Warehouse Site

KIRBYVILLE, TX-A Houston-based wholesaler of mud-drilling and other chemicals buys a 30,000-sf warehouse site in the Santa Fe Industrial Park. The property will be used as a warehouse, replacing a smaller one in the same community.

The structure is situated on nine acres in the Santa Fe Industrial Park and will serve as a warehouse, replacing a facility at 6505 Homestead in the same community. The seller was Sooner Pipe Supply. Southwest Realty Advisors is representing Baker Chemicals in the transaction and Grubb & Ellis is acting on behalf of the owner.
