Sticks 'n Stuff will take 80,000 sf of the 120,000-sf space. After the first six months, the lease includes an option to extend on a quarterly basis. The store opens Sept. 9.
The Tampa, Fla.-based retailer sells brand-name furniture at discount prices. The Ballston store will be its 12th location.
