With a total investment volume of $650 million, Jamestown 21 is among the largest closed-end US real estate funds ever marketed in Germany, representing an equity pool of $300 million. Jamestown's US portfolio is valued at roughly $2.3 billion. Twelve-Eleven Ave. of the Americas is located between 47th and 48th streets and is one of the four buildings that comprise Rockefeller Center's western corridor. The other buildings are: the McGraw-Hill Building, 1251 Ave. of the Americas and the Time & Life Building. These buildings represent an aggregate of 8.5 million feet of office and retail space. RGDC is the property manager for each building.
