STRS Ohio recently bought both buildings from an affiliated company of SJP Properties, based in Parsippany, and is said to be ready to launch several new initiatives aimed at attracting major corporate tenants to the region.
At $56 billion, STRS Ohio is the 22nd largest domestic pension fund. The gross market value of its portfolio is in the range of $8.3 billion. Current tenants at the center include SAP America, BP Amoco, Anheuser Busch, AIG and Oracle.
