ATLANTA-M.D. Hodges Enterprises has lured Chet Koenig away from a 10-year career with Highwoods Properties and named him vice president of leasing.
The developer has specialized in industrial properties and currently has more than 11 million sf of commercial projects in its portfolio. Koenig will spearhead a new focus on office development, beginning with Hodges' Huntcrest office project in Gwinnett County.
