West Coast Bank Space For Lease

VANCOUVER, WA- Howard S. Wright Construction Co. is general contractor for the $21 million project at Sixth and Main Street in downtown Vancouver, which is scheduled for completion next March.

West Coast Bank will be the anchor tenant, occupying some 19,000 sf in the six-story retail, office and condominium project that includes a two-story parking garage. Over the next three weeks, workers will complete the basic skeleton of the six-story building and attached two-story parking garage.

The $21 million project is scheduled for completion next March. Howard S. Wright Construction Co. is general contractor.
