West Coast Bank will be the anchor tenant, occupying some 19,000 sf in the six-story retail, office and condominium project that includes a two-story parking garage. Over the next three weeks, workers will complete the basic skeleton of the six-story building and attached two-story parking garage.
The $21 million project is scheduled for completion next March. Howard S. Wright Construction Co. is general contractor.
