San Diego-based Tri-National Development Corp. says it has signed asales and marketing agreement with BuyGlobally.com, an Internet sitewhich sponsors and promotes products internationally. The site will host Tri-National's sales and marketing campaign over the Internet for the sale of 1,100 oceanfront residential lots at its Vinas de Bajamar development near Ensenada, 50 miles south of San Diego.
In addition tohomes, the 1,000-acre project includes an 18-hole golf course withclubhouse, a 100-room hotel and several hundred thousand sf ofcommercial space.
The asking price for each of the first 100 lots will start at $20,000 each, with no-interest financing for eight years. Tri-National will maintain anexclusive management and construction contract for the hotel, golfcourse, commercial buildings and single-family homes.
Tri-National's 2,500-acre project is called the Hills of Bajamar. It is across the highway from the oceanfront Bajamar Hotel and GolfResort, which Tri-National says it has agreed to acquire.
