Everest's clientele is impressive. Besides the high-profile Witkoff portfolio, the company's clientele includes Vornado, Cohen Brothers and the Trump Organization. The company aims to have more than 200 buildings and 300 million sf signed up by the end of the year.

For a start-up, the dealmaking has been impressive. Everest clients include such landmark buildings as the Daily News and Woolworth buildings in New York, both repositioned; New York's Chrysler Center and GM Building at Trump International Plaza; the Chicago Merchandise Mart; and The Equitable Plaza, Cal Mart Building and Pacific Design Center in Los Angeles.
