Bill Boyd of the Downtown LA office of Grubb & Ellisrepresented Westbrook Partners, the landlord of the 21-year-old,eight-story building. Nico Vilgiate of the Downtown LA office ofInsignia/ESG Inc. and Tom Maloney of Cushman Realty Corp.represented Travelers.

Travelers, a subsidiary of Manhattan-based Citigroup, will movefrom its current Van Nuys offices in October.
