Cable & Wireless USA has preleased 275,000 sf in Tower Three, a 287,000-sf, 14-story building that is expected to deliver in late 2001. The 186,000-sf Tower Four stands half as tall at seven stories and should be completed by January 2002.
Centex Construction is the general contractor on both buildings.
