Irvine Co. Changes Property Managers

ORANGE COUNTY, CA-Insignia/ESG takes over management of 3 million sf from PM Realty Group.

The switch apparently ends a 20-year relationship between Irvine Co. and PM Realty Group, both of which are based in Newport Beach. Though PM Realty started managing Irvine Co.'s buildings 20 years ago, Insignia/ESG has been getting more assignments and now handles most of Irvine Co.'s property-management needs.

The switch from PM Realty to Insignia/ESG represents an effort to "consolidate and streamline our property-management efforts," according to Irvine's Dick Sim.
