Grubb & Ellis started looking for the right place for GCC last year, scoping out sites in Bergen County, NJ as well as Rockland and Orange counties in New York. The building is expected to undergo an extensive fit-up for its new tenant.
GCC makes and sells handcrafted premium cigars. Its best-known brands are Macanudo, Partagas, Punch and Excalibur. It also operates Club Macanudo cigar bars in New York and Chicago.
