Cardinal Restaurant Supply already leases 85,000 sf at the development, which stands in the 2300 block of Teller Road. The new 54-month lease is valued at about $1 million.
Cardinal has about 100 workers and supplies restaurants, schools and hospitals in California, Nevada and Arizona. The nearby office of Westcord Commercial Real Estate Services represented Cardinal in the latest lease negotiations.
