The $90-million Bridge Pointe project was designed by Smith ConsultingArchitects. The four-phase project will total nearly 600,000 sf of officespace. The first 215,000-sf phase was finished in 1998.
Design work on the third phase of the project is slated to begin later this year. Spieker Properties, based in Menlo Park, is one of California's largest real estate investment trusts.
