Koll Corporate Development will develop the 156,000-sf, state-of-the-art center in the Northgate Corporate Village. Northgate is a 1,200-acre, master-planned, mixed-use community on the east side of Interstate 25, opposite the US Air Force Academy.
FedEx's facility will be called the Rocky Mountain Technology Center. The building contains offices and software and digital lab space. About 600 programmers, software developers, project managers and technical staff will move into the building in August 2001.
