Metro III was designed by Rotwein & Blake of Florham Park, NJ. Bovis Lend Lease itself is the construction manager, and the facility will serve as the company's Princeton-area office. Bovis Lend Lease has also worked on several other Advance projects.

Advance at Metro III is located within walking distance of the Princeton Junction train station on the Northeast's main line. Nearby corporate tenants include Dow Jones, FMS, Merrill Lynch, Raytheon, ETS and Bristol-Myers Squibb.
