$17-Mil Lease Keeps Law Firm in WLA

LOS ANGELES-Renewal for 10-year term gives Pachulski Stang Ziehl more space in 10100 Santa Monica Boulevard building.

The law firm is Pachulski Stang Ziehl Young & Brown. Its new 10-year lease covers a combined 37,000 sf in the 26-story building, which is owned by a Florida pension fund advised by Hines Interests.

Gary Weiss of DLJ Realty Services Century City office represented the law firm. David Jordan of Hines Interests LA office represented the pension fund.
