PHOENIX-Per-unit price works out to moderate $26,250.

Christian and Magdelena Covaciu acquired the Palm Vista apartment complex at 4138 N. Longview Ave. Built in 1983, the complex was 95% leased at the time of the sale.

Palm Vista Partners LLC, a private partnership based in Oregon, was the seller. The local office of CB Richard Ellis represented the buyers in the transaction.
