CarrAmerica Realty Acquires 10-Acre Office Development Site

BOTHELL, WA- Formerly known as Highland Campus Phase I, the publicly-traded developer has renamed the site Canyon Pointe; it's located in the Canyon Park Business Center, where CarrAmerica already owns 10 buildings.

Formerly known as Highland Campus Phase I, CarrAmerica has renamed the site Canyon Pointe. It will feature two three-story office buildings with 29,l66-sf floor plates, easy access to Interstate 5 and visibility from I-405. Site work is currently underway and construction is expected to open in the fall of 2001.

CarrAmerica currently owns ten buildings totaling 589,000 square feet in Canyon Park. The Company's Eastside Seattle portfolio includes 29 buildings containing approximately 1.5 million sf.
