Delcor Development of Milford is developing the park. BrianStoy, president of the company, says the building will be 16,325 sfwhen complete. It will be the fourth building on the site. Eachbuilding is about 20,000 sf, and will cost about $2 million each tobuild. The first two are fully leased, he said, and the third is85% leased.

"We're building them as we go. When the fourth building is 50percent leased, we will start construction on the fifth building.When completed,the park will have 100,000 sf of developed officespace," Stoy said. Lease rates on the fourth building will be $14per sf. It will be completed in seven months.
