Solivita will support Poinciana's growing retail and industrialbase comprising 40 operating businesses. Construction is under wayon the first phase of a planned 135,000-sf shopping center.
Sales at the shelter project average a home a day, according toAvatar. The price range is $90,000 to $200,000-plus. Poinciana wascreated in the 1960s by the defunct GAC Corp., but seriousdevelopment didn't arrive until the late 1980s when OsceolaCounty's growth surged.
