The facility will be the new headquarters for Logan, the contract manufacturing arm of the Telect spun off in June by longtime Telect vice president Harold Alexander. Alexander will take possession of the space in mid-September, as soon as about 10,000 square feet of office space is built. With 150 employees at Telect's Liberty Lake facility, Logan manufactures electronics products, and is developing a prototype fuel cell.

The Business and Industrial Park also announced that it has leased 27,500 square feet in its new warehouse to Core-Mark, a distributor of products for convenience stores.
