HOUSTON-A vacant building in southwest Houston gets a new owner, the Mental Health and Mental Retardation agency of Harris County. The class C structure is located at 7011 Southwest Freeway in the city's Sharpstown area.

The 112,000-sf building was vacant at the time of the sale. The building is classified as a class C building, according to Grubb & Ellis Co., which has represented the seller. The building, 7011 Southwest Freeway, is located in the Sharpstown area of Houston. The seller was Sharpstown General Hospital Professional Building Ltd. The mental health agency was represented by the Trione & Gordon real estate firm.
